Microsoft Office 365 eDiscovery Session for Corporate Law Depts: Part II

In Part Two of their Two-Part Series, Jennifer Knox, Rachi Messing and Nick Robinson explore practical use cases for deploying ediscovery and information governance functionality within Microsoft Office 365. The session will build on the foundational elements explored in Part One and provide attendees with guidance and recommended practices to implement workflows for common ediscovery and information governance challenges.

Carolyn Anger, Senior Director, Consilio
Carolyn E Anger is a Senior Director at Consilio and is the Founder and Director of Anger & Associates, based in Toronto, Canada. As a Legal Technologist & eDiscovery Strategist she began her career as a Systems Integrator before specializing in the area of discovery management, court modernization, and litigation technology. She is based in Toronto but has worked across Canada and the United States.

Jennifer Knox, Director, Consilio
Jennifer is a Director in the Consilio Consulting Group. Jennifer’s broad data analytics and eDiscovery industry experience includes technical product and service delivery, largely in the Financial Services space. In these roles, Jennifer worked closely with Legal, Records Management, and Information Security teams to drive Legal and Information Governance technology strategy, while protecting critical enterprise information. In her current role, Jennifer works with Consilio’s enterprise clients on a variety of eDiscovery and data management issues including sensitive data analytics, document categorization, and Office365 cloud functionality. Jennifer frequently speaks on these topics to clients and at industry events. Jennifer previously managed the teams responsible for Consilio’s world-class operational and technology solutions, delivering fast, accurate, secure, and scalable data solutions for clients. Additionally, Jennifer managed Legal Technology application development teams tasked with the delivery of patented technology to Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Audit divisions.
Rachi Messing, Senior Program Manager, Microsoft
Rachi is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft in the Corporate, External, & Legal Affairs department based out of their Israel office. In his current role he works to promote and manage the usage of advanced technology solutions allowing the eDiscovery team to be efficient and effective in handling their active docket. Formerly part of the Equivio management team, he joined Microsoft through the acquisition in January 2015 where he spent three years working in the Office 365 Information Protection product group managing their eDiscovery, Data Governance and Compliance features. His 20 years in the global Compliance industry have seen him develop technology strategy for both the Service Provider and Software development space.
Nick Robinson, Principal Program Manager, Microsoft
Nick is a Principal Program manager in the Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance & Management team focused on the eDiscovery solution area. Nick brings experience in product marketing, customer experience and product management to his role helping to define features that will help customers reduce the time and cost associated with common eDiscovery workflows.
